A very dark evergreen, with swirls of lighter green that read like a forest canopy from above, edged in a fine matte bronze band: the Evergreen Column and Spur Table is the deepest-toned top in the range. The bronze edge is slim and softly rounded at the corners.
A round walnut column stands at the centre, collared in bronze, and four curved bronze spurs sweep out from the collar to small feet. The timber adds warmth to the cold stone, while the spurs spread the footing wider than the column, giving a stable stance without a plate.
It belongs in a hotel restaurant, a grill room or a private dining room where dark green is part of the scheme. The green stone can be exchanged for other deep tones, and wood stain and bronze finish are open to adjustment.
The top is 23⅝ × 23⅝ in (60 × 60 cm) and 29½ in (75 cm) high, so it is a proper dining table for two rather than a coffee table. A pair set edge to edge makes a four-top; larger and round tops are available on request.
