A sintered stone printed with natural oak grain in a pale timber tone, edged in deep bronze: the Half-Moon Bronze Oak-Look Table gives the look of timber with the hard surface of stone. The corners are softened.
Two half-moon pillars in bronze stand under the top, flat on the inside and rounded on the outside. They are broad enough to read as solid forms, and they place the weight near the ends. The look is sculptural and warm.
It is a good alternative to solid timber where heat, spills and daily wear are part of service. Pillar finish, grain tone and size can be changed. Sintered stone tolerates hot plates and wet glasses, so the timber look carries none of timber's upkeep.
At 47¼ × 23⅝ in (120 × 60 cm) and 29½ in (75 cm) high, this is a dining-height table for two to four covers. Lengths and widths can be altered to order, and tables can be lined up for a run.
