Straight, pale travertine banding and a light antique-bronze edge give the Fluted Twin-Pier Long Table a warm, quiet top. The surface is generous and calm.
Two fluted walnut piers, each on a flat brass oval plinth, carry the top, one near each end. The piers are wide enough to read as architectural elements, and the vertical grooves give light and shadow at eye level. The ovals set the footing in line with the long axis, which gives good stability against a push from the side.
Choose it for hotel restaurants, brasseries and wine rooms where fluted timber is part of the story. Pier timber, plinth finish and slab pattern can be changed to order.
At 47¼ × 23⅝ in (120 × 60 cm) and 29½ in (75 cm) high, this is a dining-height table for two to four covers. Lengths and widths can be altered to order, and tables can be lined up for a run.
